Ministry Update & a New Picture

Here's a quick update of what the Lord has been doing in Brussels with the Zee family. He is beginning a parenting Bible study. A young couple new to the faith are very interested in knowing how to parent in a godly way, and how to use each moment to train their children. We are using the Bible and the book Shepherding a Child's Heart. Brian is able to meet with the husband even as Heather is recovering at home with Elijah. Pray that we will be able to meet regularly and encourage them on their journey and that others might join in. We know that we don't have all the answers on parenting, but we do know the one who does and where we can draw encouragement!

One of the moms from our mom's group, that you have been praying for is studying her Bible and is more interested in the things of God than ever before. Pray that she will continue and that the Lord will open her eyes to His goodness and grace and her desperate need of Him. Also pray that her dedicated catholic husband would come to a true relationship with the Savior, through this process. We have had several spiritual conversations with them both, pray that this couple could become a light to their children, in their work places, and this dark area.

Brian has had a relationship with a "Derek" for this past 15 months. They have had a many spiritual conversations. In their most recent conversation Brian shared the gospel with him. He holds to Buddism and cathoicism mixed. Pray that His heart would be open to the source of Salvation, Christ the Lord, and for many more opportunities for Brian to share life and truth with him.

With a baby less than 2 weeks old, we could not leave you without a giving you a new picture of him! He's precious! Somedays he sleeps well and others not so well, but for sure we are all in love! The big 3 are still doing great with him, so far, we aren't seeing much by way of jealousy. Please pray that this continues as his "Newness" is bound to wear off!

Elijah's arrival has brought many guests to our home, pray that we can get a schedule for feeding amidst the people wanting to see him. We are so thankful that people are excited to meet him, even as this deepens our relationships with them.
