Blessings

We had the privilege of hosting our neighbors for a meal, and it was a great time. We had spiritual conversations. We feel confident they are lovers of Jesus, we are excited by this and are ready to excite them about telling others the Good News they know.

Just today, Julia, one of our new neighbors downstairs (the Belgian one) came up and hung out with us for awhile. This was a great thing, and we are excited about it. Hopefully there will be many many more opportunities to share life and our true joy with them. Huge praise she said our children aren't disturbing them at all. She was very concerned that she and her roommates were disturbing us, we've only heard them a couple times, and it never was a bother. What a blessing!

Travel plans, if everyone is well, we'll be heading out on Friday night and returning Sunday, taking a train ride to Amsterdam in the Netherlands. We'll be staying with fellow "M"s up there (they have 3 little ones like us- what a blessing). Their boy is named Jesiah, so close to Josiah. It's really fun. Lord willing, we are going to go to Corrie Ten Boom's house and the watch shop in Haarlem. We are very excited for our first overnight stay outside of Belgium. If you would pray for our safety and a time of resting and enjoying the beauty of a new country.

We had some set backs physically this week, Heather's cheek was swollen like John McCain, and it throbbed. Come to find out she the sinus infection she has caused a severe ear infection, that was causing all the oral/jaw pain. Now the antibiotics are kicking in, and things are on the mend, but she is still without a voice.

We're so happy to hear about your nice neighbors and the potential for fruitful spiritual discussions. We know how much of a blessing it is to be able to converse with one another about our Lord--we take it for granted over here!

Your trip sounds exciting. We pray for Heather and you all that your health will be fine while you're on your trip. It's no fun to travel when you're not feeling well. Be sure to post on all the sites you saw and stuff you did (and anyone interesting that you met).

I haven't forgotten you guys. I've been so busy lately that I haven't had the chance to sit down and write a long letter. That will be coming up (hopefully) this weekend. I'm reading a couple of good books and our studies are going very well. I'll post you on them soon...I promise!

Love you guys!!
