At dinner a couple nights ago, I had made something that apparently looked unedible- Zebarth children's typical response to this is "ewww.. I am not hungry.. It looks yucky." After a moment of reminding them that they will survive and must eat it, and occassionally resorting to the old parental standby there are many children that have no food to eat... They reluctantly partake. It was at such a moment that Makinna (our newly turned 2 year old) blurted out "C'est bon, Mamon!!" French for, "It's Good, Mommy!" After Brian, Josiah, Aubrie and I recovered from a huge laughing spell, Makinna then said, "Merci!" Tooo cute for words. It was one of those times you really wish you would have been recording the crazy and sometimes silly times we have around the dinner table. We know these times are fleeting as the years really do fly by, but we hope to remember some of these little things, and never forget to cherish each and every moment we are given. How are we living? Are we sharing what means to the most to us with those around us? Are you?
