One week of ecole (school) brings more than an education, those of you that are doctors, nurses or mommies know what this is.... New Germs and Illnesses. Well, we got our share of those, all three of the kids got their first Belgian cold, two out of the three got Pink eye (both girls) and one ear infection (Aubriana). So off to the doctor we went. 58 Euros later, we got two perscriptions, and headed home in the rain. Here are some pics of our journey and Makinna's ouchie eyes. Several things about the timing of the day were a blessing. As I made the doctor appointment that morning for 5PM that night, Aubriana's ear was fine. But as we traveled to the doctor, Aubriana's ear began to pound. I knew what that meant, and told her soon the doctor could help her. It was a blessing, b/c the pharmacies would still be open when we were done with the doctor. She wouldn't even have to have one night with the ear infection without having medicine to take to help with the pain. Thank you, Lord, for your constant provision for us. By His tender mercies all the children are vastly improved, and feeling MUCH better. Thank you, Jesus.
