Fun Quirks of our Apt in Brussels - You Just Don't See in the States

No TV no problem, the kids just watch the washing machine spin the clothes around and around in the kitchen!!! Ahhh the good Old days!!

Our sweet girls by our dryer in the living room/dining room/office/hang out place! There's one really good way to make sure you stay on top of doing the laundry everyday - You're high tech dryer only holds one load of clothes and it takes 48-72 hours to hang dry a load completely in this very humid wet climate!

Josiah displaying a great ministry tool for "M's." This is why "M's" have to get out and meet people while shopping each day - the fridge is less than a forth of the size of our fridge in the states - let's not even talk about the freezer size!!! It's AMAZING! We went from a huge fridge/freezer and a giant storage freezer in our garage in Denver to one that is barely bigger than 12" x 12" x 12." It's GREAT! Hard to believe, but people live this way in a such a High tech modern society! Space is limited and costs sooooo much, hence the small appliances found in (to us random places throughout the house). We are actually super blessed to have our own washing machine, many Belgians don't have one.

Wow, and I thought I grew up in a small place! I think you have more space than people in Moscow Russia who live in those old communist block appts.

Miss you guys!
